Our Email Options allow you to receive email to two different accounts, one perhaps for personal and another for business use.

Email Options

We provide two different types of extra email accounts:

• Extra Email Accounts
• Alias Email Accounts

Extra Email Accounts

With an Extra Email Account, you add an additional independent address to your existing account allowing you to send or receive mail under another name. All mail sent to your Extra Email Address will be saved in an independent mail file.

The advantages are:

• having separate mail accounts for every person in your business or family
• privacy when two or more people share an Internet account
• reduce internet costs by sharing time online with others

Alias Email Accounts

With an Alias Email Account, you add an additional name for your existing account under which you can send or receive email. All mail sent to your Alias Email Address will be saved in your existing mail file.

The advantages are:

• you have an additional email addresses to which people can send mail
• you can track usage of and response to the use of an alias on a webpage
• a "sacrificial" alias provides anonymity when filling out forms to avoid junk mail (spam)

For example, say your current email address is fred@zeuter.com. You may obtain an Extra Email Address, wilma@zeuter.com for your friend to use. This mail will be kept in a separate folder and can be protected by an independent password. Then, say, you obtain an Alias Mail Account, barney@zeuter.com. Any mail sent to the Alias Mail Account will be kept in the fred@zeuter.com mail folder.
